Questions
Do I need Word or Google Docs to make an invoice?+
No. You fill in the form in your browser and see the invoice update next to it. Word is only needed if you want to edit the downloaded .docx file.
Can I add my company logo?+
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG, set its width in millimetres and align it left, center or right. Leave it empty and the logo area is left out entirely.
Which currencies are supported?+
Any. The currency field takes whatever symbol you type — $, €, £, ¥ or a code like CHF — and uses it across all amounts.
What if the billing and delivery addresses are different?+
The invoice has separate Bill To and Ship To blocks, each with its own contact name, company, address and phone.
How are discount, tax and shipping calculated?+
Discount is a percentage of the subtotal. Tax is applied to the subtotal after discount. Shipping is added at the end as a flat amount.
