Description:
Light Weekly Meal Planner Template is a handy weekly meal planning tool designed to help people organize their meals and grocery shopping.
Easy to Use Weekly Menu Template
This spreadsheet is divided into three key sections:
- The Main Table is the left part of the template. You can enter three main meals for each day of the week and easily decide what you will have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- The next Grocery List section is a separate block that helps to create a shopping list for each day or the whole week ahead. There is enough space for notes, which makes it easy to specify the products you need and their quantities. This section greatly simplifies shopping trips and helps to avoid forgotten purchases.
- Snacks are an additional category for planning snacks, including nuts, crackers, popcorn, and other goodies. If you want to have healthy and varied snacks on hand for each day, that is what you were looking for.
The template is available in both Google Sheets and Excel formats, (we also have weekly slides for you) so it is extremely convenient and adaptable for different users. Importantly, it is fully editable and printable - make changes and use it in a form that is convenient for you. Structure your diet, make it more varied, and save time on planning with our planner templates.

putting the template, like on a website, social media, blog, ebook, or newsletter.
If this is used on websites, social media, blogs, ebooks, newsletters, etc.
Just take this link and put it somewhere easy to see, right next to the image if you can. If you can't do that, you can put it at the bottom of
your website, blog, or newsletter, or in a section where you list credits. This way, people know who made the template.
